Terms of Service

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

Extensions are custom ordered for each client. Payment for hair is received once an in person consultation has been done and the initial installation date is scheduled and confirmed. Appointments can not be held without payment. Once payment is rendered there are absolutely no exchanges, refunds or returns for any reason. If you require to cancel the install appointment you can pick up your hair from the salon to keep. Cancellation time period applies. if payment cannot be collected for cancellation fees, the hair will be held until payment is received for any cancellation fees that may apply.

PLEASE NOTE:

Adjustments can be requested within one week after service date or at the discretion of the stylist. No refunds or exchanges. All sales and deposits are non refundable.

CANCELATION POLICY:

A 100% fee of service will be charged if a cancellation is made within 24 hours of your appointment. Due to high demand and respectful boundaries held in place, we will not be able to accommodate guests who are more than 15 minutes late for services. In this instance the appointment will be regarded as a no show and a 100% fee of service must be applied in order to reschedule.
