Prenatal Yoga Workshops

These empowering 4 to 5 week classes increase relaxation, comfort, positivity, self confidence, and better sleep quality. Gentle mindful postures, breath work, visualization and pelvic floor exercises are incorporated to create space and relieve common pregnancy discomforts. Prenatal yoga provides the opportunity to relax and connect with the rapidly growing baby.
