WHAT IS ACCESS CONSCIOUSNESS?

Access Consciousness is a gentle yet powerful energy modality designed to help you release limiting beliefs, patterns, and energetic blocks that hold you back from living in full awareness and ease. At its core, it’s about expanding consciousness — helping you access more clarity, peace, and possibility in every area of your life.

One of the most common techniques within Access Consciousness is called Access Bars®, where 32 specific points on the head (known as “bars”) are lightly touched. Each point corresponds to different areas of life — such as healing, body, money, creativity, joy, control, and communication. When these points are activated, they help dissolve energetic charge, creating space for new awareness and effortless change.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A SESSION

An Access Consciousness session is deeply relaxing and nurturing — similar to receiving energy work or meditation in physical form.

Here’s what typically happens:

Intention Setting: You’ll begin with a short conversation to identify what you’d like to shift, release, or create more of in your life.

Energy Activation: You’ll lie comfortably on a treatment table, fully clothed. Your practitioner will gently touch the 32 Access Bars points on your head in specific sequences.

Deep Relaxation: Most clients experience a meditative, floating state — a sense of lightness and release as the mind quiets and energy begins to flow freely.

Energetic Clearing: During the session, verbal “clearing statements” may also be used to dissolve subconscious limitations and expand awareness even further.

Integration: You’ll have a few quiet moments afterward to ground and integrate the shifts before returning to your day feeling renewed and clear.
