What to Expect
The Pre-Visit
All guests start by filling out the online consultation form. Once reviewed I will reach out to schedule your in- person consultation to discuss further and make sure that the service resonates and is a great fit.
The Consultation
consults are 30 minutes in length and go over everything in great detail. This is an excellent time for asking any questions or concerns you may be having. Extension guests get to see the different hair lengths and textures and get colour matched. We will take the time to discus all desired hair goals. Hair is pinned in to show lengths and to give a visual of what it can look like. We go into detail about, home care, maintenance, pricing and all that is included in your package. Colour guests have the chance to look at colour pallets and make sure that their envisioned goal is something they are ready to invest in. Yoga guests have the opportunity to meet with me prior to workshops or in person classes to make sure we go over all necessary information and get all questions and concerns answered.
After Goodbye
After the in-person consult is completed, I will send you a quote with your exact package details. once confirmed everything is done electronically through my App where you can find my booking site, forms, waivers and links. You will receive all receipts and confirmation booking links showing all that we have discussed. All forms and waiver’s must be signed prior to booking your appointment. I look forward to working with you and can’t wait to witness your transformation whether it be on a physical, mental or emotional level.
